Olivia Leon (Shaw)

Olivia (Shaw) Leon, SHRM-CP, currently serves as an HR Specialist in Talent Acquisition at the American Enterprise Institute since April 2020, following roles as a Research Associate and Research Assistant in Education Policy Studies at the same organization. Previous experience includes an internship at The Caliber Group, a Political Science Research Assistant position at the University of Arizona, and internships at The Center for Education Reform and Pima County. Olivia's early career involved a Federal Relations Internship at the University of Arizona and a Congressional Internship with Congresswoman Martha McSally. Olivia earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Communication from the University of Arizona and participated in the Washington Semester Program in American Government and Politics at American University.
