Tobias Peter

Tobias Peter has extensive experience in research and analysis within the realms of housing policy, economic behavior, and aging issues. Currently serving as Co Director and Director of Research at the AEI Housing Center since November 2015, Tobias has previously held positions as a Research Analyst at the International Center on Housing Risk and as a Research Assistant at Harvard Kennedy School, focusing on human decision-making biases. Additional experience includes internships at LifeCourse Associates, Munich Center for the Economics of Aging, and a research role at the Center for Strategic and International Studies, where Tobias developed forecasting models and conducted comprehensive data analysis. Tobias holds a Master of Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Economics and History from The College of St. Scholastica.
