Jaclyn Boehm

Jaclyn Boehm has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Jaclyn'smost recent position was as the Head of PMO and IT Strategy at American Equity, starting in August 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Expert Reviewer & Judge at MassChallenge from October 2022.

Before joining American Equity, Jaclyn worked at Guardian Life for a significant period. Jaclyn'sroles at Guardian Life included Head of Technology Innovation and Strategy from July 2020 to August 2023, Director, Technology Strategist from September 2019 to July 2020, Lean Agile SAFe Coach from June 2018 to September 2019, Technology Project Manager from December 2007 to June 2018, and New Business Team Leader from December 2005 to December 2007.

Before their tenure at Guardian Life, Jaclyn worked as an Assistant Branch Manager at Citizens Bank from July 2003 to December 2005.

Jaclyn Boehm attended Millersville University of Pennsylvania from 2000 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Language and Literature. In addition, they attended Lancaster Bible College | Capital Seminary & Graduate School from 1998 to 1999, although no specific degree or field of study was mentioned for this period.

Jaclyn Boehm has also obtained several certifications. In April 2018, they completed the Implementing SAFe Course (4.5) offered by Scaled Agile, Inc. In February 2018, they obtained the SAFe Scrum Master certification from the same institution. Prior to these certifications, in December 2017, they obtained the Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute.
