Katherine Saunders

Katherine Saunders has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Katherine started their career at Lake Forest College as an Admissions Counselor from 1995 to 1998. Katherine then joined Wells Fargo in 1999, where they held various roles including Human Resources Associate, Management Training Program participant, and Manager of Human Resources Development. In 2004, Katherine became an HR Consultant at Wells Fargo Financial until 2007 when they moved on to become a Human Resources Manager at Wells Fargo. Katherine spent a significant amount of time in this position until 2017 when they joined American Equity as the Vice President of Talent and Human Resources Business Partner.

Katherine Saunders completed their Bachelor's degree in International Relations at Lake Forest College from 1989 to 1992. Prior to that, they participated in a Liberal Arts Program at the University of St Andrews from 1988 to 1989. Later, they pursued their Master's in Business Administration (MBA) at Iowa State University - Ivy College of Business from 1998 to 2000.
