Maddie Johnson

Maddie Johnson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Maddie began their career as a Division I Tennis Player and Psychology Researcher at Drake University. As a researcher, they conducted a study on the effects of age and gender on stereotyping of leaders and presented their findings at a conference. Maddie also excelled as an Assistant Women's Tennis Coach, leading the team to their first conference championship in over a decade.

After their time at Drake University, Maddie gained experience in the corporate world. Maddie worked as a Talent Acquisition Intern at Principal Financial Group, where they managed the full-cycle recruitment process for the accounting and finance internship program.
