Kayla Donovan

Kayla Donovan is an experienced talent development and people operations professional with a diverse background in various roles within organizations. Currently serving as Talent Development Program Manager at Seismic since November 2017, Kayla has also held positions as Engagement Manager, People Ops Specialist, and People Ops Coordinator. Prior experience includes working at Comcast Spotlight from July 2014 to November 2017 as a Client Solutions Specialist and an Automotive Account Planner, where responsibilities encompassed training sales teams and collaborating with multiple departments to enhance advertising strategies. Additional experience includes a brief role at Cooley Dickinson Hospital as a Marketing Communication & Public Affairs Intern and internships at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, Amherst Area Chamber of Commerce, and March of Dimes. Kayla holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Journalism and Sociology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
