Philip le Tai

Philip Le Tai has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Philip currently holds the position of Team Lead, Investment Data Management at American Equity, where they started in November 2022. Prior to this role, they worked at Apollo Global Management Inc. for three years as a Senior Analyst, focusing on valuations and data management.

Before joining Apollo Global Management Inc., Philip worked at Oaktree Capital Management, L.P. for four years as an Analyst, specializing in valuations. Philip'searlier experience includes roles at The TCW Group, where they served as an Internal Advisor Consultant from December 2013 to July 2015, and as a Data Management Specialist from December 2010 to November 2013. Philip began their career at State Street as an Associate in October 2007 and was later promoted to a Senior Associate, a position they held until December 2010.

Throughout their career, Philip Le Tai has demonstrated proficiency in investment data management, valuations, and data analysis.

Philip Le Tai obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, where they studied from 2002 to 2007. Prior to that, they attended Irvine High School from 1998 to 2002. In addition to their formal education, Philip has also obtained certifications including the Series 66 and Series 7 from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) in December 2014 and May 2014, respectively.
