Rehgan Shively

Rehgan Shively has worked in the field of business analysis for over a decade. They started their career at Athene in 2010 as a Sr Business Analyst and remained in that role for over 11 years. In 2021, Rehgan joined American Equity as a Business Analyst II, where they worked until 2022. They then transitioned to the role of FAST Senior Business Analyst at American Equity and eventually became a Salesforce Senior Business Analyst in 2023.

Rehgan Shively attended Norwalk High School from 1992 to 1996, but did not obtain a degree or focus on a specific field of study. In addition, Rehgan obtained the Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) certification from the Scrum Alliance in March 2021.
