Meng Melody Jia

Meng Melody Jia is an experienced Research Assistant and Lab Manager at Claremont Graduate University, where responsibilities include coding qualitative data utilizing Atlas.ti. As an MA candidate in Organizational Behavioral Psychology and Evaluation, Meng is set to graduate in May 2012. In addition to presenting research at the American Evaluation Association conference and serving as a paper reviewer and event assistant, Meng manages AEA365, curating content and fostering reader engagement. With a robust consulting background, Meng has provided evaluations and content for Senhe Seed Corporation and Hands for Africa. Earlier career achievements include founding Lemi Internet and Technology Corporation and interning as a psychological counselor at Nanjing First Hospital. Meng holds a BS in Applied Psychology from Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
