Tze-Chang Liu serves as SETIG Program Co-Chairs and a Member of the American Evaluation Association since September 2015. Currently, Tze-Chang Liu holds positions as an Assistant Professor and Associate Professor at 國立中興大學 since February 2015 and previously acted as the Coordinator of Practicum and Internship at National Chung Hsing University until February 2023. Research expertise and interests encompass Organizational Behavior, Social Foundation, Technology and Ethics, Administration and Leadership, Program Evaluation, and Global Human Resources Development. Administrative services include roles in various committees, such as the Research Ethics Committee and the College Affairs Council, along with editorial responsibilities for The Journal of Education Science. Global experiences feature involvement in tri-continental master programs and international workshops. Tze-Chang Liu holds a Ph.D. in Education Policy, Organization, and Leadership from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, alongside master's and Bachelor's degrees from National Taiwan Normal University.
