Russ Fatum

Russ Fatum currently serves as the Corporate Director of Human Resources at American Excelsior Company, a position held since April 2023. Prior to this role, Russ Fatum worked as the Vice President of Human Resources at Ligon Industries, LLC from June 2018 to April 2023. In addition, Russ Fatum has extensive experience with L3Harris Technologies, where responsibilities included serving as SVP of Human Resources for the Aviation Division and VP for Labor Relations from June 2014 to June 2018, and as Vice President of Human Resources at DynCorp International from January 2010 to July 2014. Russ Fatum holds a Master of Science in Administration with a focus on Human Resources and Organizational Design from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Industrial Relations from Ferris State University.
