Ana Palaghita is a seasoned expert in banking fraud and risk management, currently serving as the Head of Banking Fraud & Deposit Risk at American Express since November 2021. Previously, Ana held multiple leadership roles at Capital One from 2012 to 2021, including Head of Fraud and Deposit Risk Experience for Small Business Bank, which delivered significant reductions in fraud-related losses through machine learning innovations. Ana also led the development of industry-first digital collections experiences, effectively transitioning over $4B in assets to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.
