Caitlin Isham

Caitlin Isham serves as Vice President of Customer Growth for both US Small Business Marketing and US Consumer at American Express, where extensive leadership has been demonstrated over a team of 35 colleagues focusing on revenue-driving activities across various digital and direct marketing channels. Caitlin has held multiple roles within American Express, including Director positions in Digital Marketing and as Chief of Staff for US Consumer Marketing, as well as Manager and Senior Manager roles in Ecommerce Strategy. Prior experience includes internships in marketing and business development at organizations such as PhillyCarShare and The Berman Group. Caitlin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies and Communications from the University of Pennsylvania.
