Devin Villarosa

Devin Villarosa currently serves as VP of US Regulatory Relations within the General Counsel’s Organization at American Express, a position held since February 2015. Villarosa's tenure at American Express also includes roles as VP and Chief of Staff to the Chief Operating Officer of American Express National Bank, Director of Chief of Staff for Global Operational Risk & Oversight, Director of GRBC Board and Committee Governance, and Senior Manager of Global Risk & Compliance. Prior experience includes serving as Associate Attorney at Gold, Albanese & Barletti and as Law Clerk to the Hon. Donald J. Volkert, Jr., at the Superior Court of New Jersey. Educational credentials include a JD from Notre Dame Law School and a BA in History and Human Development from Boston College, with additional studies at Venice International University.
