Hugo Rodriguez Nicolat

Hugo Rodriguez Nicolat is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in government affairs and public policy in the Latin American region. Currently serving as the Vice President of Government Affairs for American Express, Hugo has held significant roles such as Director of Government Affairs for Latin America at X, and positions focused on public policy and stakeholder engagement at Uber for Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean. Previous experience includes serving as Country Director for Escalera and as an Adviser on Economic and Trade Issues at the Mexican Mission to International Organizations in Geneva. Hugo holds a Master of Public Administration in Public Policy and Management from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs and a Bachelor of Social Sciences in Political Science from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
