Currently serving as the Head of UX Research for Global Commercial Services at American Express since September 2021, Jeta is also the Chapter Founder for Ladies That UX in New York City and the Managing Director at Scoopline Research & Consulting, Inc. Previous roles include the UX Research Lead for eCommerce at Square and Experience Research Lead for SMB Ads at Twitter. With a strong educational background, Jeta holds a Master of Science in Technology & Development from Arizona State University, among other certifications in Scrum Master and Human Centered Design.
