Ronaldo Cruz

Ronaldo Cruz is an accomplished professional in the gaming industry with extensive experience in operations and leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Operations for Design at Fortis Games since January 2022, Ronaldo focuses on fostering a collaborative design culture and enhancing alignment across product disciplines. Previously, as the Director of Operations in Brazil, Ronaldo successfully led the integration of teams from Oktagon into Fortis and prioritized cultural alignment between local and global teams. Ronaldo co-founded Oktagon Games, where the role of CEO included responsibilities in mobile games strategy and team management from August 2012 to January 2022. Additionally, duties as a statutory director at Abragames involved efforts to improve the Brazilian game industry ecosystem. Earlier experience includes co-founding Calibre Games and working as a TI Analyst at Rockembach Consultores. Ronaldo holds an M.B.A. from Ibmec and a Bachelor of Science in System Development from the Federal University of Technology - Parana.
