Pooja Jain is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and quality assurance. Currently serving as a Senior Analyst at American Express since October 2021, Pooja previously held the position of Quality Assurance Test Lead at Tata Consultancy Services from July 2015 to September 2021, where Pooja began as an Analyst. Pooja Jain holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Operations Management and Supervision from Indira Gandhi National Open University, earned between 2016 and 2018, and a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Business/Commerce from Mata Gujri Women’s College, completed between 2013 and 2015.
