Jenna Armstrong

Jenna Armstrong plays a vital role on the JVM team as both a Senior Manager and Senior Mortgage Analyst. As a Senior Manager, Jenna sits on JVM’s primary management committee. She plays a significant role with overall strategy, marketing, systems, recruiting, hiring, training, tech vetting, managing, and everything else that goes into running a company. Jenna seamlessly juggles her management role with her Senior Mortgage Analyst duties from the trenches. She works side-by-side with the Pre-Approval and Closing Specialist teams at JVM, managing contracts and refinances, explains mortgage market conditions to clients, quotes competitively low interest rates, and screens loan files for issues before moving them to the Closing Specialist Team.

Jenna is the primary architect behind JVM’s famously smooth escrows and “Fast 14-day closes,” as she is tasked with making sure all of the right pieces are in place. Her expertise in all things mortgage has garnered her 100+ five-star reviews from clients and JVM Agent Partners. Jenna has walked thousands of clients through their loan contracts. She has become a true expert in her field, having encountered every type of market condition and interest rate scenario possible. She takes special pride in her ability to educate clients and turn a notoriously complex process into an easily achievable reality.

Prior to her JVM tenure, Jenna garnered five years of experience in the project management and customer service fields with several employers, including a prestigious university and a major retail chain. She thrives under pressure and excels at multi-tasking – skills that lend themselves seamlessly to her management roles at JVM Lending. Jenna grew up in Ojai, CA, and attended the University of California, Davis, where she excelled academically and earned Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology and Music.
