Samantha Beaupre

Samantha Beaupre, Esq. serves as the Regulatory Compliance Director for Enterprise Digital & Data Solutions at American Express since June 2018, having held various regulatory compliance positions within the company. With a background in legal externship at the International Association of Privacy Professionals and experience at Navy Federal Credit Union focused on corporate communications and marketing strategy, Samantha has conducted research on regulatory scandals and developed financial literacy campaigns. Prior regulatory compliance work includes an internship with Wolf & Company, P.C., where audits centered on critical regulations were performed, and involvement in the University of New Hampshire School of Law’s Intellectual Property and Transactions Clinic, where Samantha represented clients in trademark matters. Additionally, earlier career experience features lobbying research and customer service roles. Samantha holds a Juris Doctor from UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Bryant University, paired with a minor in Legal Studies.
