Shane Elahie

Shane Elahie is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a background in various roles focused on recruitment and organizational development. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at American Express, Shane previously worked at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and Coordinator. Additional experience includes a position as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital and an earlier role as an Organizational Development Intern with New York City Transit. Shane also held a leadership position as President of the SHRM Lehman College Student Chapter at City University of New York-Herbert H. Lehman College.
