Shreya Goyal

Shreya Goyal is an accomplished professional with over a decade of experience in the financial services sector, currently serving as the Director and Product Head for Commercial Cards at American Express since July 2015. In this role, Shreya has been instrumental in driving product line strategy, enhancing customer engagement, and improving operational efficiencies, notably through the launch of a Digital Onboarding Platform and significant loyalty program enhancements. Previous positions include Manager of Product & Partnerships, Senior Consultant at Deloitte, Consultant at HSBC, and various analytical roles at KPMG and Oracle. Shreya holds a BTech in Computer Science from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology and a PGDBM in Finance and Information Technology from Management Development Institute, Gurgaon. Notably, Shreya has received the Chairman Award twice for leading critical cross-functional product initiatives.
