Tushar Pinjan

Tushar Pinjan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at American Express since March 2017, Tushar has also held the position of Senior Engineer within the same company. Prior to American Express, Tushar worked as a Technical Lead at Cognizant from July 2014 to March 2017 and contributed to projects at IBM from 2006 to July 2014, where roles included Project Lead and Project Team Lead. Tushar's educational background includes a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration with a focus on Information Technology from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Savitribai Phule Pune University, and a Harvard Certificate in Leadership Excellence from Harvard Business School.
