Ken Patel

Ken Patel is an experienced business leader with a diverse background in franchising and management. Currently serving as Franchise Owner for American Family Care and Big Chicken since early 2022, Ken also held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Shuffle's from February 2022 to June 2024 and co-Chief Executive Officer at Famous Wholesale Inc during the same period. Prior roles include Chairman at Famous Liquors from August 2010 to November 2023 and President of the Franchise Owners Association of Chicagoland from 2014 to 2018, where oversight was provided for over 300 members operating 7-Eleven stores. Ken's franchise experience began in September 2001 as a Franchisee with 7-Eleven, managing eight locations until August 2018. Ken holds a Bachelor's degree in Operations Management and Information Systems from Northern Illinois University.
