Katherine Leahey (Nelson)

Katherine Leahey works as a FINS/CHINS Care Coordinator at Hanover County CSB, where Katherine helps children and adults learn important swimming skills as a Swim Instructor and Lifeguard at American Family Fitness. Katherine has also interned at various organizations such as Bethany Christian Services and Richmond Department of Social Services, where Katherine worked with adoptive families and teenagers in the foster care system. Additionally, Katherine has experience as an Intake Coordinator and Foster Parent Recruiter at The Bair Foundation. In the past, Katherine interned with the International Mission Board, assisting in providing overseas mission work opportunities for students.
