Lisa Fracker has extensive experience in operations, billing, and customer support across various industries. Currently serving as a Billing and Collections Specialist at Networking Technologies and Support, Inc. since May 2012, Lisa previously held an administrative role supporting sales efforts temporarily. Instructing at American Family Fitness since February 2015, Lisa also has a background as the Director of Operations at Fayad Law, managing multiple branches of an immigration law firm and overseeing comprehensive operational tasks. Prior to this, Lisa held a similar position at Richmond Publishing, where responsibilities included marketing and event planning. Earlier experience at Wachovia Securities involved technical support and customer relations. Lisa holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from John Tyler Community College.
