Amy Johnson has extensive legal experience spanning over 19 years in various paralegal and legal service roles. Currently serving as Legal Services Manager at American Family Insurance since December 2018, Amy has held positions including Claim Manager I for Auto Litigation and Claim Technical Specialist. Prior experience includes working as a Senior Paralegal at Kimberly-Clark, where responsibilities involved managing demand letters and agency charges for the Employment & Labor Law Center of Excellence. Earlier roles include Litigation Paralegal at the Law Firm of Conway, Olejniczak & Jerry, S.C. and Legal Assistant/Paralegal at Denissen, Kranzush, Mahoney & Ewald, S.C., focusing on insurance defense claims and employment discrimination matters. Amy earned an Associate's degree in Paralegal from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College between 2002 and 2004.
