Cindi Schmidt

Cindi Schmidt has extensive experience in human resources, organizational effectiveness, and change management, with a career spanning over two decades. At American Family Insurance, Cindi served as Director of People Services and oversaw the strategy for organization effectiveness and change management. Cindi also held roles such as Product Owner for People Services, where collaboration with senior leadership was key in driving enterprise-level changes. Previously, Cindi was EVP of HR and Change Management at TASC, where oversight of leadership programs and succession planning was a primary focus. Additionally, Cindi contributed to product sales and marketing at Badger Council and managed a financial division at HTSO. Cindi holds a MicroMasters in Business Leadership from The University of Queensland and a certification in Shaping the Future of Work from MIT Sloan School of Management.
