Crystal Files is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in marketing and talent inclusion within the insurance industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Talent and Inclusion at American Family Insurance, Crystal is dedicated to fostering a culture that empowers employees to achieve their potential. Previous leadership roles at Nationwide include Vice President and Associate Vice President of Personal Lines Marketing, where responsibilities encompassed devising marketing strategies to drive growth through various distribution channels. Crystal's expertise also spans agency marketing, analytics, and brand development, with a strong analytical background demonstrated through roles focused on success measurement and strategic planning. Additionally, as the founder of Fare and Square, a meal-delivery startup, Crystal showcased entrepreneurial skills in translating consumer insights into business success. Educationally, Crystal holds an MBA in Marketing & Strategy and a BS in Agricultural Business and Economics from The Ohio State University.
