Jim Olejniczak

Jim Olejniczak is an experienced SIU Analyst currently working at American Family Insurance since January 2021, where responsibilities include investigating and identifying various types of insurance fraud and promoting fraud awareness through training initiatives. Prior to this role, Jim served as an SIU Analyst at CONNECT, powered by American Family Insurance, utilizing fraud detection tools and acting as an anti-fraud subject matter expert. Additionally, Jim held the position of Senior Special Investigator at Ameriprise Auto & Home Insurance for nearly 18 years, overseeing comprehensive fraud investigations and providing recommendations based on findings, and also led a team as a Medical Claim Supervisor, ensuring compliance with state regulations. Jim holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
