Michael Hornung

Michael Hornung, MBA, CPCU, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as a Sr. Manager of Personal Lines Business Performance & Analytics at American Family Insurance since October 2010. In this role, Michael leads a team of analysts focused on operational metrics, predictive modeling for workforce planning, and budget forecasting. Prior positions at American Family include Rate Implementation Manager and Actuarial Support Analyst. Additionally, Michael is the Principal at 2520, LLC and a member of the Board of Directors since December 2019. Previous entrepreneurial experience includes ownership of a local photo booth business. Michael's educational background includes an MBA in Strategic Management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a BA in Organizational Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
