Tom Lea

Tom Lea has extensive experience in communications and human resources, currently serving as Associate Vice President of Enterprise Communications at American Family Insurance since March 2013. In various roles, including Talent Acquisition Strategy and Operations Manager, Human Resources Services Manager, and Corporate Communications Consultant, Tom has developed and implemented strategies that align with corporate goals while enhancing employee sourcing and engagement. Prior to joining American Family Insurance, Tom contributed to sports journalism as a programming reporter at ESPN Madison and as a staff writer for BadgerBlitz.com, focusing on Wisconsin football and basketball. Tom holds an Evening MBA and a BA in Journalism and Mass Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
