Caitlin Joseph currently serves as the Women for the Land Deputy Director at American Farmland Trust, where responsibilities include advancing initiatives supporting women in agriculture through various programs focused on land protection, climate-resilient practices, and access to financial assistance. Previous roles include California Food for California Kids® Statewide Coordinator at the Center for Ecoliteracy, where collaboration with school districts aimed to enhance school food systems, and Research Associate at Stanford University, focused on population health research related to water quality in schools. Caitlin's experience encompasses policy consulting, communication for agricultural nutrition programs, and grassroots advocacy for food policy. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Agriculture, Food, and Environment from Tufts University, and Caitlin is currently pursuing an M.A. in Counseling Psychology at Pacifica Graduate Institute.
