Elisa Clements has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Elisa began their career as a Marketing Analyst intern at US Shred in 1999 before moving on to work as the President of the BYU Honors Student Advisory Council in 2000. From 2002 to 2003, Elisa served as the Director at Parents for Choice in Education, followed by their role as Executive Director from 2003 to 2008. In 2009, they interned as a Brand Manager at Kimberly-Clark. Elisa then transitioned to Career Step in 2010, where they worked as an Academic Partner Manager until 2012. Elisa joined the American Federation for Children in 2012 and held several positions, including Deputy Director of Development from 2012 to 2015, Managing Director of Development from 2015 to 2018, National Director of Operations from 2019 to 2020, Vice President of Operations from 2020 to 2021, and currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer.
Elisa Clements pursued their education at Brigham Young University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in Business Management. Elisa attended the university from 1997 to 2002. Later, they returned to Brigham Young University to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from 2008 to 2010.
