Kara Ford

Kara Ford is an experienced music professional with a diverse background in arranging, conducting, film composition, and music production. Currently serving as an Arranger for the American Federation of Musicians Local 47, notable projects include the 2023 Oscars and a LeAnn Rimes performance. As Music Director at St. Polycarp Catholic Church, responsibilities encompass selecting and preparing liturgical music, leading performances, and managing budgets. Kara also contributes as an Assistant Conductor for the Huntington Beach Concert Band and has extensive experience as a self-employed Film Composer. Previous roles include positions at The Walt Disney Company, where tasks involved metadata research and music asset management.
