Eric Grass

Eric Grass has over 30 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Eric is currently serving as the VP, Business Technology Integration at American Fidelity, where they lead the Policy Administration Program transformation program. In this role, Eric is responsible for providing strategic program management, overseeing program scope, timeline, risks, and budget, managing vendor relationships, and monitoring key milestones and performance indicators. Prior to this, Eric worked at Grant Thornton LLP as a Director from 2014 to 2020. Eric also held positions at IBM, PricewaterhouseCoopers, FoxMeyer Drug Company, Edisto (formally Natural Resource Management), and Arthur Andersen, where they gained valuable experience in roles such as Industry Client Executive, Partner, Associate Partner, Manager, Principal Consultant, Manager of Purchasing, Accounting Manager, and Senior/Staff Accountant.

Eric Grass earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Accounting from The University of Kansas, completing their education between 1977 and 1982.
