William Heinen

William Heinen is an experienced on-site project manager and technician currently working at American Fire Technologies since November 2010. In this role, William oversees lower-tier subcontractors responsible for the installation of Special Hazard Fire Detection and Fire Suppression systems, along with programming, troubleshooting, and commissioning Fire Detection systems while providing necessary documentation. Prior to this, William worked as a technician at AFA Protective Systems, Inc. from March 1994 to June 2003 and at Pro-Tech from 1999 to 2002. William holds a degree from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke, obtained between 1990 and 1994, and completed USN Electronics Technician Class "A" school at Great Lakes NTS from 1983 to 1984.
