Donna Golembeski has extensive experience in the banking and finance industry. Donna currently holds the position of VP Marketing and Data Analytics at American First Credit Union since March 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Opus Bank from 2011 to 2020, holding various roles such as SVP/Strategies and Growth, FVP/Strategies and Growth, Vice President/Incentive Compensation and Sales Support, Vice President, Manager, Relationship Integration and Client Experience, and Assistant Vice President, Sales and Referral Analytics. Earlier, they worked as a Product Manager at Fullerton Community Bank from 2008 to 2011. Donna began their career as a Strategic Marketing Analyst at Jackson Federal Bank in 2002 and later worked in the same role at Redlands Federal Bank from 1989 to 1998.

Donna Golembeski obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing from St. Cloud State University. Donna attended the university from 1977 to 1983. In addition, they successfully completed a certification course in Pay Strategy from LinkedIn in November 2016.
