Chris Sharp

Chris Sharp has a diverse work experience in sales operations. Chris currently serves as the Head of Sales Operations at American First Finance, where their responsibilities include growing the sales force, developing sales training solutions, and streamlining processes. Prior to this, they were the Director of Sales Operations at Inogen, where they focused on streamlining sales processes and driving growth through innovation. Chris also worked at Terminix, where they held multiple roles including Director of Sales Operations and Region Operations Director. Chris'saccomplishments at Terminix include increasing proposal rates, improving calls per day, and reducing sales classroom time. Chris began their career as an Assistant Store Manager at Sears Holdings Corporation.

Chris Sharp attended the University of North Texas from 1996 to 1999 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in RTvF (Radio, Television, and Film). In addition, Chris obtained certifications in Agile Training from SAFe in August 2015 and in Green Belt from Six Sigma in February 2005.
