Mouna Koubaa

Mouna Koubaa currently serves as the Membership Operations Coordinator at the American Foreign Service Association since August 2023. Prior experience includes positions at the U.S. Department of State, where Mouna worked at the U.S. Consulate General in Dubai and in Consular Affairs at both the US Embassy in Paris and the US Embassy in Tunisia. Mouna has also held a role at the International Finance Corporation as part of the ACS Team. In addition, Mouna has experience in education as an English Language Teacher at Middle School Soliman. Mouna holds a Bachelor of English Literature from the Higher Institute of Languages of Tunis and is pursuing a Certificate in Intelligence for Homeland Security from the Center for Homeland Defense and Security.
