Alexis Gomez

Alexis Gomez is a Senior Manager of Community Engagement at American Forests since June 2022, bringing a robust background in urban planning and environmental sustainability. Prior experience includes roles as a Planner at the Road Commission for Oakland County and Eco-D Program Coordinator at EcoWorks Detroit. Alexis has also contributed to academic research as a Research Assistant at Taubman College of Architecture + Urban Planning, University of Michigan, and as a Zero Waste Program Coordinator at UCSC Sustainability Office.
