Jim Ford has extensive experience in the mortgage and mental health sectors. Currently serving as a Board Member for the Georgia Chapter of the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, Jim holds the positions of Co-Chair of the Healing & Loss Committee and Treasurer. In the mortgage industry, Jim has held various leadership roles, including TPO Business Development at Union Home Mortgage and Vice President at NYCB Mortgage Banking, managing teams to drive production across multiple states. Additionally, Jim has volunteered as a Crisis Counselor for Crisis Text Line, where empathetic communication and de-escalation strategies are paramount. Jim began academic pursuits at North Carolina State University, earning a BA in Business Management and Economics.
