Katelyn Stanek

Katelyn Stanek has an extensive background in communication and journalism. Katelyn has experience working as a Marketing Director and Marketing and Communications Specialist at the American Foundry Society. Katelyn also served as the Managing Editor at The Woodstock Independent, where Katelyn oversaw editorial staff and managed department expenses. Katelyn is known for their writing, editing, and design skills, having co-created an award-winning newsprint magazine. In addition, Katelyn has experience as a Story Workshop Instructor and Writing Tutor at Columbia College Chicago, where Katelyn taught storytelling and writing techniques to elementary students and undergraduate students. Katelyn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Creative Writing from Columbia College Chicago.
