Aaron Ringel has a diverse work experience spanning from 2009 to 2023. Aaron started their career as a Congressional Analyst at Dynetics, Inc. In 2010 and 2012, they served as a Campaign Manager for Michael Grimm's congressional campaigns. From 2011 to 2014, Aaron worked as the Legislative Director for Congressman Michael G. Grimm. Aaron then became the Legislative Director for Congressman Mike Pompeo from 2014 to 2017. In 2017, Aaron briefly served as the Deputy Chief of Staff for Congressman Richard Hudson. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at the US Environmental Protection Agency as the Deputy Associate Administrator for Congressional Affairs. Following that, they held positions at the US Department of State, first as the Senior Advisor for the Bureau of Energy Resources from 2019 to 2020, and then as the Assistant Secretary of State for the Bureau of Global Public Affairs from 2020 to 2021. Recently, they assumed the role of Vice President, International Policy and Advocacy at the Coalition for a Prosperous America. In 2023, Aaron joined the American Fuel & Petrochemical Manufacturers as the Vice President of Government Relations.
Aaron Ringel received an Associate of Arts degree in Political Science from New Mexico Military Institute from 1998 to 2000. Aaron then pursued further studies at The University of Kansas where they obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science/International Affairs from 2000 to 2004. Later, they attended American University from 2005 to 2008 and completed their Master of Arts degree in U.S. Foreign Policy.
