Tejana Elmore is a skilled professional with extensive experience in job development and case management. Currently serving as a Job Development Specialist at the American GI Forum since January 2022, Tejana has developed a strong employment resource pool and mentored a team of Case Managers. Previous roles include Case Manager TWCP, providing intensive support to homeless and at-risk individuals; Substitute Teacher at Garland Independent School District, where engaging lesson plans were implemented; Rehabilitation Technician at Kindred Hospital Rehabilitation Services, focusing on patient care and facility operations; and Health Technician in the United States Air Force, managing patient records and appointments. Tejana holds a Bachelor of Science from Southern Nazarene University and an Associate of Science from Eastern Oklahoma State College.
