Elaine Wrigley

Elaine Wrigley is an accomplished retail and operations expert with extensive leadership experience across various sectors. Currently serving as the Retail, Operations, and People Director at American Golf since September 2023, Elaine oversees multiple teams including Retail Stores, Central Ops, and Customer Services. As Joint Managing Director of the award-winning Atlas Bar since 2012, Elaine has demonstrated entrepreneurial success. Previous roles include Head of People Experience, Inclusion and Group Communications at New Look, and Group Retail and Operations Director at Outdoor and Cycle Concepts Ltd. Elaine's career has been marked by significant positions at major retailers such as Big W, Homebase, and B&Q, supported by a solid educational background including a degree from the University of Michigan.
