Tina Long

Tina Long currently serves as the Vice President of Operations at American Gonzo Food Corporation since April 2023. Previously, Tina held multiple roles at The Butcher's Daughter, including Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer from June 2019 to January 2023. Tina's extensive experience in the restaurant industry includes positions such as Director of Restaurants, General Manager, and Manager at STARR Restaurants from July 2011 to July 2019, and Manager at George's at the Cove from January 2007 to July 2011. Tina Long earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Michigan State University, completing the degree between 2000 and 2005.
