Brett Beach-Kimball

Brett Beach-Kimball, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning various positions and industries. Brett currently serves as the National Vice President of Development Operations at the American Heart Association since January 2021. Prior to this, they were the National Executive Lead for Reporting & Analytics at the same organization from March to December 2020.

Before joining the American Heart Association, Brett worked at Lucifer Lighting from March 2014 to March 2020, holding the role of Vice President of Strategy and Customer Engagement. Additionally, they have experience as a GMAT Instructor at Manhattan GMAT from December 2009 to June 2017.

In their earlier career, Brett held multiple roles at the American Heart Association, including Vice President of Strategic & Operational Initiatives from July 2013 to March 2014, and Executive Director from December 2010 to June 2013. During their time as Executive Director, they achieved significant accomplishments such as managing a team of development professionals, recruiting and managing a volunteer Board of Directors, and achieving substantial net revenue growth.

Prior to their involvement with the American Heart Association, Brett worked as the Youth Market Director at American Heart Association from August 2008 to July 2009. Brett also gained experience in the education sector as a Development Manager at Teach For America from June 2007 to August 2008, and as a Fourth Grade Teacher and Department Chair from June 2005 to June 2007.

Brett Beach-Kimball, MBA earned a B.A. in Spanish Literature and International Relations from Wesleyan University, where they studied from 2001 to 2005. In 2009, they pursued further education at Thunderbird School of Global Management, earning an MBA with a focus on International Business, completing their studies in 2011.
