Karen Ferrara Young

Karen Ferrara Young is a seasoned professional in digital fundraising and retail management with over 24 years of experience. Currently serving as Digital Fundraising Manager for Heart Liive at the American Heart Association since April 2015, Karen is also the Youth Market Director. Prior roles include Retail Development Manager at Macy's Merchandising Group, where responsibilities included training store teams and collaborating with district partners, and Sales Coordinator for Ralph Lauren, focusing on driving business through seasonal strategies and product training.
