Leigh Ann Runyan

Leigh Ann Runyan is an accomplished professional in event management and hospitality, currently serving as the National Vice President of Meetings & Events at the American Heart Association since May 2024. Prior to this role, Leigh Ann was the Executive Director at the Offshore Technology Conference (OTC) from February 2021 to May 2024, and served as the Director of Americas Events at the Society of Petroleum Engineers from November 2013 to May 2024, overseeing a wide range of conferences, workshops, and forums across North and Latin America. Leigh Ann's career at the American Heart Association began in October 1991, culminating in a Vice President position focused on meetings.
